METHOD FOR OBTAINING PATTERNS FOR PRODUCING PREFORMS OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS

The method is designed to obtain optimized fabric patterns for producing preforms of fuselage frames or any other type of stiffeners for aeronautical and/or aerospace structures. The resultant preforms will have an optimized configuration with respect to deviation and distortion of the material fibres with respect to nominal values. In order to achieve the optimized configuration of the fabric fibres, the optimum neutral line is firstly geometrically defined on the master part in order to achieve that optimization. In the various stages of the method, the optimum curved neutral line is obtained by obtaining curves resulting from being traced on the basis of the internal curvature and external curvature, respectively, of the master part.
