<p>A method for folding a pallet support. The top and bottom surfaces of a board (20) are both provided with recessed folding lines (21) to form each of area blocks (22). A lifting member (31) bears against two first folded portions (201) of the area blocks, a pushing member (32) pushes the area blocks in a direction from the two sides to the centre, and then a pressing member (33) presses against the two first folded portions (201) onto the top surface of the board to overlap a thick portion (202). A folding member (34) folds the board in the direction from the two sides to the centre, so that the two sides are folded onto the two thick portions (202). Then the lifting member (31) bears against the two first folded portions (201) on the bottom of the board, and the pushing member (32) pushes the board form its two sides to two second folded portions (204) at the center, in order that the two sides of the board are folded onto the two second folded portions (204). Then the two sides of the board are folded towards the center and stacked with each other by the folding member (34), thus forming an I-shape cross-section pallet support the top surface of which is a smooth binding surface without creases and depressions.</p> |
