PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate in concert with image processing command operations by a user, letting the user recognize that it is a power peak time zone.SOLUTION: When an image processing instruction falls within a power peak time zone, an image processing standby directive is issued and a recognition operation region (touch region) is shown on a display section of a UI touch panel 216 and also a message is displayed notifying to the effect that now is a power peak time zone. When a recognition operation is performed a predetermined number of times, the image processing standby is cleared. An original power management function is provided for each of an image processing device 10. when image processing devices 10A to 10J operate at the same time, the consumed amount of power accumulates that much, but there is a time zone in which the consumed amount of power reaches a peak in daily operation (power peak time zone). Energy saving is responded to by specializing in this power peak time zone while paying regard to the user's intention. |
