PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in heat resistance and rigidity when being made into a coating film.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a polyester copolymer and a curing agent, wherein the polyester copolymer has as a main chain a polyester polymer containing a polyvalent carboxylic acid component and a glycol component and is blocked with a tetracarboxylic dianhydride having a specific structure to thereby incorporate one carboxyl group and one acid anhydride group to the terminal, and has a number-average molecular weight of 1,500 to 50,000. |
