PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly-accurate cushion control improved in reliability and certainty with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A cushion control valve 1 for controlling cushioning of a hydraulic actuator 101 includes: a tubular valve body 2; a moving body 3 that is slidably inserted in the valve body 2; a first hydraulic chamber 41 that is formed in the valve body 2, into which an operating liquid discharged from the hydraulic actuator 101 is introduced and which moves the moving body 3 in one direction; a stopper member 22 that sets a terminal end of a moving amount by regulating the movement of the moving body 3; a second hydraulic chamber 42 that is provided at the opposite side of the hydraulic chamber 41 by sandwiching the moving body 3, which is moved in another direction; and a cushion liquid path 5 that is provided in the moving body 3 and discharges the operating liquid from the first hydraulic chamber 41 to the second hydraulic chamber 42.
