PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which includes a transparent substrate and a transparent conductive film and enables irregularities to be directly formed on the transparent conductive film thereby allowing the transparent conductive film to have a large film thickness and a desired irregular shape.SOLUTION: A laminated body of this invention includes: a transparent substrate; and a transparent conductive film formed at the one side of the transparent substrate and is used for a light emitting element or a photoelectric conversion element. The transparent conductive film has a smooth surface at the transparent substrate side, and multiple protruding parts and/or recessed parts are formed on a surface of the transparent conductive film that is opposite to the transparent substrate side.
