PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has excellent electric characteristics and excellent adhesiveness of a photosensitive layer, and a process cartridge using the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, and the photosensitive layer contains a charge generating material and a binder resin. The charge generating material is metal-containing phthalocyanine, the mass ratio of the binder resin present in the same layer together with the charge generating material in the photosensitive layer relative to the charge generating material is 80 wt.% or more and 300 wt.% or less, and the binder resin contains polyester having a specific partial structure. |
