PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandglass which sounds to serve as a tranquility relaxation chime which pleases user's ears and does not function as a timepiece because of balls dropping at irregular intervals, in consideration that a conventional sandglass is sometimes forgotten to be viewed or cannot be used by a person having bad sight because the conventional sandglass does not sound during dropping of sand to give no choice but to visually confirm the time.SOLUTION: The sounding sandglass comprises; a timepiece part which drops particles or balls at regular intervals; and a sound production part which produces sound in response to dropping of a particle or a ball. |
