摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a position of an aircraft with flexibility in arranging a receiving station and survivability against a hindrance.SOLUTION: A receiving station 11 and another receiving station 12 receive mode S signals from an aircraft 1 as well as a reference station 10 and transmit clock time counter information indicating respective reception times to a central station 14. The receiving station 11 and the receiving station 12 execute clock synchronization with the time indicated by the mode S signal from the reference station 10. The receiving station 13 receives the mode S signal from the aircraft 1 and transmits the clock time synchronization counter information indicating the reception time to the central station 14. Also, the receiving station 12 and the receiving station 13 receive a GPS signal from a GPS satellite 2 and transmit the clock time counter information indicating the reception time to the central station 14. The receiving station 13 executes the clock synchronization with the time indicated by the GPS signal from the GPS satellite 2. The central station 14 measures a position of the aircraft 1 by correcting the clock time counter information from respective receiving stations on the basis of the clock time counter information received from the receiving station 12.
