An information processing system (conferencing system (2)) which uses a plurality of information processing terminals (4-1, 4-2, 4-3, . . ., 4-N), the plurality of information processing terminals constituting a group (6) wirelessly connected to a network (8), one information processing terminal in the group being an origin terminal (4S), information processing terminals in the group being cooperating terminals (4C) in accordance with generation by the origin terminal, the origin terminal and the cooperating terminals being synchronized by synchronization information generated by the origin terminal, and processing in accordance with a processing operation by the origin terminal being executed by the cooperating terminals. By this configuration, the cooperative capability of the information processing terminals is increased, and the capability to synchronize information and exchange information is increased.
