METHODS AND APPARATUSES OF INTRA MODE CODING FOR SCALABLE EXTENSION OF HIGH EFFICIENCY VIDEO CODING (HEVC)
摘要
<p>Methods of intra mode coding for scalable extension of HEVC are disclosed. The correlation of intra modes from different layers is exploited to improve the coding efficiency of whole coding system. The intra mode of PU in higher layer is predicted with the intra modes of collocated PUs in reference lower layer.</p>
