<p>Provided are an imaging lens that achieves short overall length and high resolution, and an imaging device provided with said imaging lens. The imaging lens substantially comprises and is configured from six lenses, namely: a first lens (L1) that has a positive refractive power, and that comprises a convex surface facing the object side; a second lens (L2) that has a negative refractive power, and that comprises a concave surface facing the image side; a third lens (L3) that has a positive refractive power, and that comprises a convex surface facing the object side; a fourth lens (L4) that has a positive refractive power; a fifth lens (L5) that has a negative refractive power, and that comprises a concave surface facing the image side; and a sixth lens (L6) that has a negative refractive power, and that comprises an image-side surface having an aspherical surface shape that is concave on the image side in the vicinity of the optical axis, and convex at the periphery of said image-side surface.</p> |
