Provided is a drive control device of a hybrid vehicle with which a suitable limp-home is implemented when an engine breakdown occurs. A hybrid vehicle drive control device comprises: a clutch (CL) which connects/disconnects carrier (C1) of a first planet gear device (14) with a carrier (C2) of a second planet gear device (16); and a brake (BK) which connects/disconnects the carrier (C2) with a housing (26). When an engine (12) breaks down, an input axle (28) which corresponds to an output axle of the engine (12) is set not to rotate, and thus, when employing drive power of a first electric motor (MG1) and/or a second electric motor (MG2) to carry out a limp-home when the engine (12) breaks down, it is possible to suitably alleviate the occurrence of resonance and degraded robustness.
