PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material that is reduced in coating failure, has superior printing density and printing traveling performance by a thermal printer, has high stability to a plasticizer, is reduced in the lowering of printing density even after storage at a high temperature, and has a plastic film as a support.SOLUTION: A plastic film is used as a support, a heat sensing recording layer and a protection layer as the outermost layer are sequentially formed, the protection layer contains an acrylic resin and a polyolefin-based resin, the occurrence of a coating failure can be prevented while exhibiting normal performance about water resistance or the like required to such a heat sensitive recording material by making the heat sensing recording layer contain a specified developer, printing density and printing traveling performance by a thermal printer are excellent, stability to the plasticizer is high, and the lowering of printing density is reduced even after storage at a high temperature. |
