PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an image sensor that reduces the gradient of an optical unit.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an image sensor that reduces the gradient of an optical unit includes the steps of providing a semifinished product, preheating, performing an adhesion coating process, performing an optical unit coating process, and performing a packaging process. Manufacture environmental elements of the packaging process of the semifinished product and the optical unit coating process can be stabilized by the preheating, and consequently high-level flatness of an optical unit after coupling can be held. Inclination of the optical unit and a state of cracking are reduced to improve the yield. |
