PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice message output device that is configured to stop voice message output, thereby reducing/preventing user discomfort.SOLUTION: A voice message output device to be mounted on an electric wheelchair with a handle includes: a horn 132 that outputs an electronic horn for warning; and a horn button for inputting an operation to output the electronic horn. The voice message output device includes: various sensors for detecting a vehicle state, such as a seat rotation sensor 113; a speaker 131 that outputs a voice message corresponding to the vehicle state detected by the sensors; a general controller 121 that executes output control of the voice message to be emitted from the speaker, to limit output of the voice message when the horn button is pressed. |
