PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a more expressive portrait.SOLUTION: An image capturing device 100 comprises: a component image generation unit 6c that generates a face component image related to main components of a face in an acquired original image; a feature information extraction unit 6d that extracts feature information from the face in the acquired original image; a hair style image identification unit 6e that identifies a hair style image corresponding to the extracted feature information from hair style images showing hair outlines recorded in an image recording unit 5 in association with face feature information; and a portrait image generation unit 6f that generates a portrait image using the hair style image and the face component image.
