PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution system with which even a person unfamiliar with operating a terminal device can access a server to request distribution of video data extremely easily.SOLUTION: A terminal device is a mobile phone having a television telephone mode. A server 2 comprises: a video retention unit 21 for retaining a database for mapping a plurality of incoming telephone numbers allocated to the server 2 in a communication network to video data; video storage means 30 for storing the video data in the video retention unit 21; an incoming telephone number recognition unit 34 for recognizing an originated incoming telephone number when an incoming call in the television telephone mode has arrived from the mobile phone; video reading means 35 for identifying video data corresponding to the recognized incoming telephone number on the basis of the database, and reading out the video data from the video retention unit 21; and video transmission means 36 for transmitting the read out video data to the mobile phone according to a television telephone protocol. |
