PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling prevention mechanism and a vibration isolating frame with the mechanism whose upper frame does not turn over together with a device against a giant earthquake involving three-dimensional shakes.SOLUTION: A rolling prevention mechanism (B) is disposed on both sides of a load (W) installed on a vibration isolating frame (A) and supports side surfaces of the load (W), respectively, and is characteristically constituted by a support column (20) erected on a floor surface (50) or a lower frame (1) of the vibration isolating frame (A), and swings with resilient force in a direction of the load (W), and a contact support body (25) attached to a front end portion of the support column (20) so as to move in contact on the side surface of the load (W) in a longitudinal direction. |
