PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of analyzing press forming, by which a shape after cooling in a warm press forming can be predicted easily and appropriately and the cause of defective shape can be identified.SOLUTION: A method of analyzing press forming includes: a press forming analyzing step (S1) where a press forming analysis is performed by setting the initial temperature distribution to heated materials for press forming and linking temperature analysis and structure analysis to obtain shape information, temperature distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution before demolding; a springback analyzing step (S3) where a springback analysis is performed, on the basis of the shape information, temperature distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution obtained in the press forming analyzing step, to obtain shape information, temperature distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution after springback; and a cooling stress analyzing step (S5) where stress distribution during and after cooling is analyzed by linking the temperature analysis and structure analysis, on the basis of the shape information, temperature distribution, stress distribution and strain distribution obtained in the springback analyzing step and with a specific node restrained. |
