PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-durable vibration sensor capable of stably acquiring output of an electric signal.SOLUTION: A vibration sensor relating to the invention comprises: a belt-like substrate; a first electrode film to be laminated on a surface of the substrate; a piezoelectric film for covering a surface side other than an end part of the surface of the first electrode film so as to make the end part an exposed part; and a second electrode film for covering a laminated body including the substrate, the first electrode film and the piezoelectric film, in a state of being insulated from the first electrode film. It is preferable that the vibration sensor additionally comprises: a first conductor to be connected to the exposed part of the first electrode film; an insulating member for covering the first conductor and the exposed part of the first electrode film; and a second conductor to be connected to the second electrode film. The vibration sensor is available as a pickup for a stringed instrument. |
