This invention attains uplink CoMP point selection while taking into account the power consumption of an MTC terminal and uplink overhead. Uplink CoMP is attained by combining two resource blocks: an anterior resource block including a reference signal, and a posterior resource block for sending user data. The time interval between the two resource blocks lasts from around several milliseconds to several tens of milliseconds, and is the time required to capture reception quality at each eNodeB, to collect this informattnio in the Serving eNodeB via an X2 interface, and to analyze the content thereof. |
