Multifunctional instrument for laparoscopic surgery constituted by a rod (1) composed of four coaxial conduits, of which, from the inside outwards, the first conduit (3), second conduit (4) and fourth conduit (7) are affixed via the posterior end thereof to a grip (2), whilst the third conduit (6) is connected via the posterior end thereof to actuating levers (13 and 14), is partially movable over the second conduit (4) and, close to the anterior end thereof, has flexible bands (12) capable of actuating and separating two tilting fins (16) that form the fourth conduit (7) in the anterior portion thereof. |
