LED-BASED DOUBLE-FACED GRATING THREE-DIMENSIONAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An LED based double-faced grating three-dimensional display device comprises an LED display screen (01) and a double-faced grating substrate (101) arranged in front of the LED display screen (01). The double-faced grating substrate (101) comprises a front grating (105) and a rear grating (102). The rear grating (102) is close to the surface of the LED display screen (01), so as to keep light emitting central points of LED sub-pixels that form the LED display screen (01) consistent in the horizontal and vertical directions. The front grating (105) is close to an audience and is used for the three-dimensional light splitting. Further disclosed is a manufacturing method of the LED-based double-faced grating three-dimensional display device. The device and the method can implement alignment between LEDs and between LED units of the LED display screen (01), and facilitate the naked-eye 3D display of a large-area and high-brightness LED. Meanwhile, the manufacturing method is simple, and the cost is low.
