PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and effectively carry out cooling of composition air for cooling a turbine blade and preheating of fuel gas.SOLUTION: A gas turbine 10 is constituted of a compressor 11 and a combustor 12 and a turbine 13. A cooling air cooler 112 and a fuel gas heater 113 and a pump 114 are connected to a circulation line 111 circulating and flowing water W. The cooling air cooler 112 cools compression air A2 for cooling the turbine by the water W and the fuel gas heater 113 preheats fuel gas F by the warmed water W. Consequently, cooling of the compression air A2 for cooling the turbine and preheating of the fuel gas F can be effectively carried out even though a waste heat boiler 20 is stopped and the gas turbine 10 is singly operated. |
