PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glycated amino acid or a glycated peptide, and to provide a method for manufacturing a standard reagent for measuring a glycated protein.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a glycated amino acid and/or a glycated peptide includes a step of mixing the following components: 300-5,000 mM of sugars; 1-500 mM of an amino acid and/or a peptide; and one or more acid compounds 15-400 mM selected from a phosphate compound, a chain saturated multivalent carboxylic acid, and a chain saturated multivalent carboxylic acid compound. |
