PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory unit which is suitable for installation in an uppermost part.SOLUTION: An accessory unit is a trapezoidal unit 2 installed in the highest floor in a projection range of a vertical direction of a unit building 1. The accessory unit includes: short columns 31 and 31 and long columns 32 and 32 arranged at quadrangular corner parts; under-girder beams 41 and 41 and side beams 42 and 42 connecting between lower ends of the column materials in a horizontal direction; diagonal beams 51 and 51 connecting between upper ends of the column materials; a downstream side beam 52; and an upstream side beam 53. A joining of the column materials and the lower beams is a rigid joint 21, and also each of both ends of the downstream side beam 52 and the upstream side beam 53 is rigidly jointed to the column materials. A lower end 511 and an upper end 512 of the diagonal beams are pin-joined to the column materials. |
