PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winding apparatus in which another bobbin can be safely detached while continuously conveying a web while being simple constitution.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral cover 44 is rotated so as to direct a peripheral directional opening part of an outer peripheral cover 44 covering a bobbin 43 to a roller 64 when winding the web W around the bobbin 43. The outer peripheral cover 34 is rotated such that the outer peripheral cover 34 covering the bobbin 33 partitions the bobbin 33 side and the roller 64 side when detaching the bobbin 33 from a rotating core body 32. |
