PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the moment of a received signal going high stably with high accuracy in a simple composition without relying on a change in environment.SOLUTION: An FM detection processing unit 40 converts the complex envelope signal of a received signal into an FM signal and then outputs it. An HPF unit 50 filters the high frequency component of the FM signal and then outputs a high frequency signal. A signal level determination unit 70 outputs a pseudo signal which is to be added to the high frequency signal according to the signal level of the complex envelope signal of the received signal. A pseudo signal addition unit 80 adds the pseudo signal and a value relating to the magnitude of the high frequency signal together to generate an added high frequency signal. A received signal detection processing unit 100 compares the magnitude of the added high frequency signal with a preset designated threshold and, on the basis of the comparison result, detects a rising edge of the received signal. The magnitude of the pseudo signal is set to be at least equal to or greater than the designated value of the received signal detection processing unit 100.
