PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device and an electronic apparatus which are capable of improving display quality.SOLUTION: An organic EL device (1) has an optical resonance structure and includes: sub-pixels (2R, 2G) which emit light in red and green wavelength bands; a sub-pixel (2B) which emits light in a blue wavelength band whose wavelength is shorter than those of the red and green wavelength bands; and an insulating film (28) which has openings (29R, 29G) for defining regions of the sub-pixels (2R, 2G) and an opening (29B) for defining a region of the sub-pixel (2B). The area of the opening (29B) is smaller than those of the openings (29R, 29G). |
