PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an adjustment according to a connection environment of a network configured by a plurality of devices connected to each other via a cable.SOLUTION: Respective nodes 10, 20 transmit tone signals in a predetermined period and transmit a measurement signal of frequency different from the tone signal between two tone signals. A receiver 15 of the node 10 measures the amplitude of the tone signal and the amplitude of the measurement signal and compares the amplitude value of the tone signal with the amplitude value of the measurement signal to generate a determination signal. A physical logic unit 11 adjusts a reception condition of the receiver 15 based on the determination signal.
