PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor brush and a vacuum cleaner that can clean the floor surface with water using a cleanser and that has excellent handleability.SOLUTION: A floor brush has a case body. the floor brush has a brush chamber 42 installed in a recess in the lower face of the case body. The floor brush is equipped with a cleaner member 33 that can come into contact with the floor surface, wherein the floor brush has a rotary brush 34 that is rotatably arranged in the brush chamber 42 and has a motor that rotatably drives the rotary brush 34. The floor brush is also provided with a supply part 73 which supplies a cleanser 51 to the cleaner member 33. The supply part 73 is equipped with a tank chamber 43 that can store the cleanser 51 inside. The supply part 73 is equipped with an opening part 59 in a position communicating with the tank chamber 43 and opposing the cleaner member 33 of the rotary brush 34. The supply part 73 is also provided with a valve body 53 that opens/closes the opening part 59 according to a negative pressure of the brush chamber 42.
