[Problem] To address the problem of providing a new electrolyte system for a lithium secondary battery. [Solution] A lithium secondary battery electrolyte is characterized by including a non-aqueous solvent and a lithium salt which are mixed in such a proportion that the amount of the non-aqueous solvent is 3 moles or less with respect to 1 mole of the lithium salt.
