<p>This liquid administration device (1) is provided with: a syringe assembly (2) having an inner tube (3), a needle tube (11), a gasket, a plunger (13), and an outer tube (5); a guide member (6); an energizing means; an intermediate tube (4) having an intermediate tube main body (41) and a pinion gear (45); and a pair of shutters (8a, 8b) that are provided in a manner so as to be able to move to the tip side of the intermediate tube (4) and that have a rack gear (82) that meshes with the pinion gear (45). In the initial state, the syringe assembly (2) is positioned at a first position, the shutters (8a, 8b) are open, and the needle tube (11) is protruding, when administration of a liquid by means of an operation of moving the plunger (13) is complete, the syringe assembly (2) moves to a second position by means of the energizing force of the energizing means, and at such a time, the shutters (8a, 8b) close in a manner so as to cover the needle tip (111) at the tip side of the needle tube (11).</p> |
