摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an annular urethane that can be produced in a moderate condition.SOLUTION: A method includes a step for reacting aminoalcohol and carbon dioxide in presence of a fluorine-containing compound having anion including fluorine atoms in a direction system containing an organic solvent having polarity. The fluorine-containing compound is preferably a salt comprising an alkaline metal ion and a fluoride compound ion; a compound represented by [RN]F- (wherein Ris each independently a 1-20C hydrocarbon group); [RN][RMF]- (wherein Ris each independently a 1-20C hydrocarbon group, Ris each independently a 1-20C hydrocarbon group, a 1-20C alkoxy group, a chlorine atom, or an iodine atom, M is a silicon atom, a tin atom, a phosphorous atom, a boron atom, or a sulphur atom, m is the number of valence electrons of the M atom, and n is an integer of 1 to 5); or the like.
