PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera that can accurately discriminate a main subject part and a non-main subject part.SOLUTION: A digital camera 100 comprises: an imaging element 130 for imaging a subject image by a photographic lens 120; a subject extraction unit 113 for extracting a moving subject part which relatively moved a prescribed amount or more and a non-moving subject part which moved less than the prescribed amount in two images among a plurality of images consecutively imaged by the imaging element 130; a shake detection unit 191 for detecting a moving amount of the digital camera 100 in the vertical direction to the optical axis of the photographic lens 120 during imaging of the plurality of images; and a subject determination unit 114 for determining one of the moving subject part and the non-moving subject part to be the main subject part and for determining the other to be the non-main subject part on the basis of the moving amount detected by the shake detection unit 191. |
