摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell for low illuminance having an excellent photoelectric conversion characteristic under the environment with low illuminance of 10,000 lux or less.SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell 100 for low luminosity includes: a function electrode 10 having a transparent conductive substrate 15 composed of a transparent substrate 11 and a transparent conductive film 12 arranged on the transparent substrate 11, and an oxide semiconductor layer 13 provided on the transparent conductive substrate 15; a counter electrode 20 arranged opposing to the function electrode; a photosensitization dye adsorbed on the oxide semiconductor layer 13; a sealing part 30 for connecting the function electrode 10 and the counter electrode 20; an electrolyte 40 that fills up a space surrounded by the function electrode 10, the counter electrode 20 and the sealing part 30; and an insulating separator 50 provided between the oxide semiconductor layer 13 and the counter electrode 20 and through which the electrolyte 40 can permeate. Also, the thickness of the separator 50 is 10-120 μm and density of Iin the electrolyte 40 is 10 mmol/L or less.
