PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating an amplification factor of a target foundation and a target structure by measuring a microtremor and an earthquake motion and eliminating an influence of noise mixed in vertical motion components of the measured microtremor waveform and the measured earthquake motion waveform.SOLUTION: A dominant frequency can be correctly obtained even when a pulse noise and a rocking vibrational component are mixed in vertical motions of a microtremor and an earthquake motion. Therefore, a transmission spectrum 2 in a frequency range around the dominant frequency is estimated, and a ratio between the transmission spectrum and a spectrum ratio 1 between a horizontal motion and a vertical motion is used to correct the spectrum ratio between a horizontal motion and a vertical motion of the microtremor and the earthquake motion. |
