Provided is a tissue staining method, with which high-precision staining is possible, enabling with highly quantitativity the detection of the amount expressed and location of a biological substance in a tissue sample, as well as the detailed information that can be obtained by bright field observation. This tissue staining method is a tissue staining method in which both staining that makes bright field observation possible and fluorescent staining are performed for the same specific biological substance.
