PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate, optimal for a lighting fixture, capable of effectively reducing luminance unevenness caused by an arrangement pitch of light sources and efficiently performing orientational control over the whole area of the light guide plate, in one used for a light device in which a plurality of point light sources are discretely arranged, as well as the light device using the light guide plate.SOLUTION: Luminance unevenness on a first primary surface 11 caused by an arrangement pitch of LEDs 2 can be reduced by making a first inclined surface V1A set as an anisotropic diffusion surface wherein a diffusion angle &sgr;y is larger than a diffusion angle &sgr;x.
