PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of expensive carrier gas effectively and to prevent from bringing about occurrence of secondary disaster caused by the leakage of the carrier gas.SOLUTION: A flow check-valve with a valve mechanism which can limit a carrier gas flow mechanically is arranged in upstream of a sample introduction part 1 of a carrier gas passage 11 separately from a flow control valve 6 controlling the carrier gas flow introduced into the sample introduction part and an analysis column by a signal from a control unit 8. For an excessive carrier gas flow with more than a constant flow caused by leaks of the carrier gas, the flow check-valve 9 limits the flow to a flow set in advance mechanically. In this way, gas leakage of the carrier gas such as helium gas is prevented effectively, and the occurrence of secondary accident caused by the leakage of carrier gas such as hydrogen gas is prevented. |
