PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a plan capable of reducing a use amount of washing liquid and improving efficiency of work by an operator by considering constraint in a filling facility capable of filling many kinds of products.SOLUTION: A filling plan preparation support device includes a plan preparation unit 20 for supporting preparation of a work plan in a filling facility capable of filling many kinds of products in respective containers, and an operation unit 21 of the plan preparation unit determines an order of products to be filled, and execution time of work items when filling the respective kinds of products as a work plan of a day. When preparing the work plan of a day, the operation unit 21 of the plan preparation unit 20 prepares the work plan by considering information related to the style of packing of the container, information related to a filling request of a day, and facility information related to the filling facility as the constraint. The operation unit 21 determines the order of the products to be filled so as to reduce the amount of washing fluid, and determines the execution time of washing work, fragment work and filling work which are basic work items so as to improve the efficiency of the work by an operator. |
