摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rolling bearing device which is reduced in a variation of torque and properly applied with a preload in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a rolling bearing, which includes: a rotation process for rotating inner rings around an axis with respect to outer rings of a rolling bearing assembly in which a shaft member is fit to the inner rings of two rolling bearings in a pressure-fit state; a push-in process for imparting a command signal to an actuator for removing pressure after the inner rings are push-pressed, and pushes the inner rings into a direction in which the inner rings are made to approximate each other in an axial direction by the displacement of the actuator; a torque measurement process for measuring torque transmitted to the outer rings from the inner rings when the inner rings are rotated with respect to the outer rings while being pushed in; and a determination process for determining whether or not a difference between the measured torque measurement value and a target value is not large than a prescribed threshold. When the difference is determined to be not larger than the prescribed threshold, the manufacturing method ends the rotation process and the push-in process, and when the difference is determined to be larger than the prescribed threshold, the manufacturing method increases the maximum value of the command value on the basis of the torque measurement value and the target value, and is returned to the push-in process.
