PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film excellent in adhesion with a polyfluorine film.SOLUTION: In an easily adhesive polyester film, an easily adhesive coating layer is arranged on at least one surface. The easily adhesive coating layer includes 70-95 wt.% of an acrylic resin. The easily adhesive coating layer is applied before drawing of an oriented polyester film is finished. In the easily adhesive coating layer, a fluorine-containing resin film is used to be laminated directly. A laminate directly laminated with the fluorine-containing resin film is also provided.
