PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition having a high flame retardancy of passing UL94VTM-0 standards without using a halogen-based flame retardant and an antimony oxide-based flame retardant from an environmental viewpoint and without any precipitation of a phosphorus flame retardant on the surface of an adhesive layer and without any precipitation of a phosphorus flame retardant on a resin layer surface in processing in a sheet-like form, and an adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: In a flame-retardant resin composition comprising (A) an organic phosphorus flame-retardant, (B) a base polymer for adhesives, and (C) an aromatic-containing tackifier resin, the blending quantity of the (A) component is 15-30 pts.mass, the blending quantity of the (B) component is 5 pts.mass or more and in a range of the blending quantity of the (A) component +10 pts.mass or less, and the blending quantity of the (C) component is 30-80 mass%. At the same time, 20-80 mass% in the (C) component is liquid at 25°C. |
