PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for properly performing power saving control of a connected camera.SOLUTION: A camera 1 comprises: imaging means 12 which captures a subject image; input means 19 for inputting information representing the respective imaging ranges by the imaging means 12 and an external camera; detection means 18 which on the basis of images captured at different times by the imaging means 12, detects an image region matching with main subject information in an image captured earlier, from an image captured later; and control means 18 which controls start of imaging by the external camera on the basis of a position detected by the detection means 18 from the newest image captured by the imaging means 12 and information inputted from the input means 19. |
