PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in wettability; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the same.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition includes: an acrylic polymer (A) that has a polyoxyalkylene chain at a side chain; and a polyoxyalkylene oligomer (B), wherein a content of the polyoxyalkylene oligomer (B) is 5-150 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic polymer (A). A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is made by forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on a substrate.
