PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles in internal combustion engines of ships by obtaining produced oil equivalent to heavy oil A from low-quality heavy oil and non-chlorine-based lubricating waste oil and to reduce environmental load by recycling waste oil.SOLUTION: Oil equivalent to heavy oil A is produced by enduring highly corrosive gas which decomposes metal, such as a sulfide and chlorine-based gas generated when processing low-quality heavy oil and non-chlorine-based lubricating waste oil with an overheated steam generator and a pyrolysis unit using a composite material of metal and ceramics. |
