PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a water biological treatment apparatus that eliminates necessity of a replacement work of water in a unit of a nonstationary operation in water passing stop, and can correspond to fluctuation of a raw water amount.SOLUTION: An operation method of a biological treatment apparatus includes: a raw water inflow part in a bottom part; and a treated water bleed part in an upper part, and includes two or more upflow type fluidized bed units that fill a microorganism holding carrier in the inside, and the operation method of a biological treatment apparatus is characterized by controlling water passing stop to at least one upflow type fluidized bed unit in an order sending manner. |
