The present invention provides multi-layer insulated electrical wiring that has both heat resistance and withstand-voltage characteristics, the multi-layer insulated electrical wiring being created in order to satisfy IEC Standard Pub. 61558, which has more-stringent required voltage specifications; and provides an electrical/electronic device such as a transformer obtained by winding this insulated electrical wiring. The present invention is a multi-layer insulated electrical wiring comprising two or more insulated layers, and an electrical/electronic device that uses the insulated electrical wiring as a winding or lead for a transformer, wherein at least one insulation layer other than the outermost layer is an insulation layer comprising a resin having a melting point of 200°C or higher and a modulus of elongation at 25°C of 1,000 MPa or less, the outermost layer of the multi-layer insulated electrical wiring being sheathed by a resin material having a modulus of elongation at 25°C of 1,000 MPa or less.
